All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Costs & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping speeds ranging from Standard to Express delivery.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or extreme weather.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the US.

  • International: We do not ship internationally at this time.

7. Missing Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
